After successful registration you will receive a confirmation by email to the address you specified in the registration process.

Please transfer the registration fee to the bank account specified in the confirmation email and please do not forget to mention your registration number, otherwise we might have problems to allocate your payment!

Registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, lunch (including beaverage), entrance fee and bus transfer  for excursions, Get Together Party and Conference Dinner.

Early Bird registration ends on May 31, 2017, after this date the standard fee applies.

Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions. Their fee include the get together party on Tuesday, the excursion as well as the conference dinner on Wednesday and the small afternoon excursion on Thursday.

Additional information: Due to high season we recommend to register and book your accommodation as soon as possible!

Payment

All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Payment can be done

• by bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient) to the conference bank account, or
• by credit card (an additional transaction fee of 3.1% of the total costs will be charged)

Information about the bank account or credit card payment will be noted down on the invoice, which you will receive after your registration.

If you registered for the early bird registration fee please bear in mind, that the registration fee must reach the bank account by June 13, 2017, otherwise we will charge you the standard registration fee.

Cancellation and refunding

For cancellation before August 1, 2017 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after August 1, 2017 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
